Beef and parsley burger Patty

  • 1lb Minced ground Beef
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped parsley

Serves: 4 People

Method

Finely chop 4 teaspoons parsley and place it in a mixing bowl. Add the minced beef to the mixing bowl and stir until all the parsley is mixing in. Take a ball of the mince and parsley, about the size of your fist and roll it into a neat, round ball. When the meat is in a ball push it down firmly onto the chopping board into a round flat shape so it resembles a burger. If the edges crack firm them back together. Repeat this for each burger. Season the outside of the burgers with salt and pepper then grill or fry the burgers until cooked through or done to your own preference.
