Beef and parsley burger Patty
Serves: 4 People MethodFinely chop 4 teaspoons parsley and place it in a mixing bowl. Add the minced beef to the mixing bowl and stir until all the parsley is mixing in. Take a ball of the mince and parsley, about the size of your fist and roll it into a neat, round ball. When the meat is in a ball push it down firmly onto the chopping board into a round flat shape so it resembles a burger. If the edges crack firm them back together. Repeat this for each burger.
