Italian Burger

  • 4 pizza bases
  • 4 beef burger patties
  • 2 tubes tomato puree
  • 4 slices mozzarella
  • 4 thin slices tomato
  • 8 basil leaves

Serves: 4 People

Method

To cook the burgers fry them in a dry, non-stick pan or gridle until they are at least 73 degrees on a probe themometer. Using a circular cutter, cut 8 circles out of the pizza bases. Cover the pizza bases with tomato puree. To asemble the burger place the circular pizza bases on a plate or chopping board. Start with the base and work upwards. Start by putting the burger bun followed by the slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato and two basil leaves and finally the lid. Serve and Enjoy!
