Salad burger
Serves: 4 People MethodTo cook the burgers fry them in a dry, non-stick pan or gridle until they are at least 73 degrees on a probe themometer. Finely dice one white onion, fry the bacon, slice the gerkins, slice the tomatoes and put to one side To asemble the burger place the burger bun on a plate or chopping board. Put tomato ketchup and 1 cheese slice on the bun lid and tomato ketchup, slices of tomato, gerkin, onion and lettuce on the bun base and then place the cooked burger on to of the tomato ketchup on the base and and place the bun lid on top of the burger.
