Bacon Burger
Serves: 4 People MethodTo cook the burgers fry them in a dry, non-stick pan or gridle until they are at least 73 degrees on a probe themometer. Fry the bacon and put to one side. To asemble the burger place the burger bun on a plate or chopping board. Put tomato ketchup on the bun base and then place the cooked burger on to the base and 1 rasher of bacon on top. Place the bun lid on top of the burger. Serve and Enjoy!
