Original Beefburger with horseradish sauce
- 4 Sesame Seed Burger Buns
- 4 original Lamb burger patties
- 4 servings of horseradish sauce
Serves: 4 People
Method
To cook the burgers fry them in a dry, non-stick pan or gridle until they are at least 73 degrees on a probe themometer. To asemble the burger place the burger bun on a plate or chopping board. Place the cooked burger on the bottom bun lid and apply 1 serving of horseradish sauce on top of it. Then place the bun lid on the horseradish sauce. Serve and Enjoy!
