Original Chicken burger Patty
Serves: 4 People MethodFor this recipe, make sure you use minced dark, thigh meat and you must freeze the burgers before you cook them or they will fall apart. If you keep the skin on the chicken while you are dicing them, this will add more flavour. Place the minced chicken on a chopping board and get a ball of mince about the size of you fist and roll it into a neat, round ball. When the meat is in a ball push it down firmly onto the chopping board into a round flat shape so it resembles a burger. If the edges crack firm them back together. Repeat this for each burger.
